Artist's Bio:

Nicole Babjak is an emerging landscape artist from Burlington who has always been passionate for impressionistic painting. A Psychology graduate from McMaster University, Nicole later completed the Visual Arts Foundation Studies Diploma Program at the Dundas Valley School of Art. In recent years, she traveled as a crew member on board Crystal Cruises, where she gained inspiration for many of her paintings from the exotic ports visited all over the Pacific Ocean. In 2005, she attended the Academy of Art, Architecture and Design in Prague, Czech Republic, where, under the guidance of Stanislav Divis, she evolved in her painting and developed an atmospheric and minimalist style in her art. She is now focusing on painting the local landscapes and cityscapes in the Golden Horseshoe area.
